- FULL
TIME & PART TIME LPN POSITIONS - responsible for medication
administration in 3 group homes along with documentation and medication
count, ordering medications from pharmacy, scheduling appointments,
transporting clients, etc. Must have an LPN license for the State of
Tennessee. Must also possess a valid Tennessee driver's license with
the ability to obtain an "F" endorsement and no more than 2
moving violations in the past 3 years on the motor vehicle report.
Experience with the mental health population a plus.
- PRIMARY
THERAPIST - will educate clients and provide substance
abuse services to the intensive outpatient and residential program
according to JCAHO standards and grant requirements.
- HR
GENERALIST - needed to work as part of the HR Team to provide general support for the agency's personnel function, ensuring compliance with local, state & federal laws and guidelines as well as agency policy.
Must maintain confidentiality of records & related information; assist in recruiting, interviewing & hiring qualified candidates for vacant positions; process all paperwork required for employee resignations & terminations; assist w/all aspects involved w/FMLA, ADA, unemployment & workers comp; assist w/New Hire Orientation, including CPR & First Aid Classes; assist in coordinating annual benefit fair; reconcile & process health, dental, vision, AFLAC & voluntary term life bills for accuracy, correcting as needed; other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Human Relations or Business; 5 years related HR experience; SKILLS: must be able to perform tasks at a level normally performed by someone with personnel administrative experience & with a bachelor's degree in personnel administration or related field; ability to analyze complex data and develop alternative plans; strong interpersonal skills; working knowledge of Excel; knowledge of Sage Abra helpful.

CARE - responsible for maintaining a safe and comfortable
living environment for women and children dealing with domestic and sexual
violence, trauma or mental illness through an enriching and appropriate
interpersonal relationship, enabling residents to pursue desired short and
long-term goals, and maintaining the order and cleanliness of the
residence.
- LEAD
MILIEU - responsible for overseeing other staff in maintaining a
safe and comfortable living environment for women and children dealing
with domestic and sexual violence, trauma or mental illness through an
enriching and appropriate interpersonal relationship, enabling residents
to pursue desired short and long-term goals, and maintaining the order and
cleanliness of the residence. Experience with A&D clients required.

community resources, 2) planning and coordinating a package of health and
social services individualized to meet particular client need, 3) serving
as the single point of contact for multiple health and social service
systems and 4) assist residents in getting and keeping gainful employment
and in meeting their Personal Responsibility Plan.
- CASE
MANAGER II - responsible for
the supervision of Case Manager I level employees in the functions of their
jobs in enhancing the scope of clients’ addiction recovery through services that
promote long-term sobriety, stability, and family well being. This
is to be accomplished by: 1) helping clients make best use of program and
community resources, 2) planning and coordinating a package of health and
social services individualized to meet particular client need, 3) serving
as the single point of contact for multiple health and social service
systems and 4) assist residents in getting and keeping gainful employment
and in meeting their Personal Responsibility Plan.
- NURSERY
TEACHER - responsible
to manage and direct the daily activities of a therapeutic nursery and
toddler/preschool classroom to ensure enrolled children's needs, program goals
and contract objectives are effectively met. Associates degree in Early
Childhood Special Education preferred. Minimum 2 years daycare experience
preferred.
- SPECIAL
EDUCATION TEACHER - responsible to interface with the community
(particularly school systems) and to coordinate, as a treatment team
member, all day educational/activity services for students. Minimum
requirements are a Bachelor's degree, a current Tennessee Teaching
Certificate in Special Education, a valid Tennessee driver's license with
the ability to obtain an "F" endorsement, no more than 2 moving
violations in the past 3 years on the motor vehicle report. Prefer 5
years teaching/mental health related field.
- PART-TIME
PUPPETEER (20 hours/week) - needed to memorize Kids on the Block
(KOB) scripts and perform KOB skits for children in the school systems as
well as for children attending Head Start, Pre-Schools, After-School
programs, and other community programs in Knox
County and the Eastern Region.
Prefer someone with experience working with puppets or
teaching children. Very fun and rewarding opportunity for the right
person.
- PROJECT
MANAGER - for Child and Family Tennessee's Youth OPEN
program; responsible for providing leadership in this program that
prevents homelessness through permanency for youth in Foster Care by providing
advocacy, information, training, counseling, and case management services to
the client population and their families; for expanding knowledge of
permanency options within the community; and for promoting youth empowerment
leading to permanent homes for this population.
- F-T DIRECT
CARE positions available to work with adults and adolescents in a
variety of programs in Knoxville and Maryville to provide continuous
supervision of clients, implementing and supervising planned activities
and providing crisis intervention services. Currently seeking day,
evening, weekend, and midnight shifts. Minimum qualifications
include a HS diploma + 1 years exp. working in a children’s services or
social services program. An excellent driving record (an “F” endorsement
may be required).
- RELIEF
WORKERS - Immediate openings for workers to serve on an as-needed
basis in various residential programs serving women, children and
adolescents. The need ranges from working with infants and toddlers to
women victims of domestic violence. High school diploma required.
Professional experience in a social service field preferred.
- LICENSED
ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE COUNSELOR (LADAC) to provide treatment for
substance abusing populations. A & D treatment experience
required.
- LICENSED
CLINICIAN also need to provide therapeutic services, including
counseling, intervention, and education to individuals, families and our
community. LCSW, LPC, or LMFT required. Ability to bill private insurance
required. Five (5) years post-licensure experience preferred.
